Pillar 1: Research & Teaching
SRBA strengthens the foundations of management scholarship in Serbia through mentorship programs for early-career scholars, workshops on research design and academic writing, joint research initiatives, and a growing repository of Serbian business cases for use in the classroom.This Includes:
- Organizing annual workshops
- Establishing mentorship and peer-learning programs
- Supporting joint research projects addressing global and regional management issues
- Promoting doctoral collaboration
- Organizing cross-faculty seminars among EKOF, FON, and other HEIs

- Partnering with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce

Founding Institutions
SRBA was established through the collaboration of Serbia's two leading management faculties at the University of Belgrade, united by a shared commitment to academic excellence and international engagement.
