Academy of Management Community Accelerator Program
About the Partnership
- SRB-AOM's founding institutions — the Faculty of Economics and Business (EKOF) and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) at the University of Belgrade — are among the eleven founding participants in the Academy of Management's Community Accelerator Program (CAP), launched as part of AOM's Vision 2030.
- CAP is designed to expand access and strengthen institutional engagement in regions historically underrepresented in global management scholarship. Through this program, SAoM members gain tailored access to AOM resources including faculty development opportunities, journal visibility, academic networking, and strategic support — with Serbia positioned as part of a growing Southeast European network connecting regional scholars to the world's leading management community.
