The Serbian Academy of Management Journal is SRB-AOM's planned peer-reviewed publication dedicated to advancing management scholarship with a focus on Serbia, Southeast Europe, and the broader emerging market context.
SRB-AMJ will publish rigorous, original research across organizational behavior, leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship, and related disciplines — bridging the gap between globally competitive academic standards and the regional realities that too often go understudied in mainstream management literature.
The journal is envisioned as an open-access publication, ensuring that research produced in and around Serbia reaches scholars, practitioners, and policymakers without barriers — amplifying the impact of SRB-AOM's research community and raising the international visibility of management scholarship.
SRB-AMJ is currently in development. Scholars interested in contributing to the founding editorial board or submitting work for the inaugural issue are encouraged to get in touch.
